Dear All,
One of the issue reported by the user in our ServiceNow Environment which currently upgraded to Zurich last month .Issue was the description details are missing in the incidents in the My requests/Closed call sections in the Service portal.
I have attached the screenshot for reference.

check here Primary Field is set as Short Description or not in your instance
My Request Filter -> table - incident
Short Description removed from config
It's gone from My Requests i.e. Short Description
I added the field again and it shows

if you are sure this started happening post upgrade and the same works in earlier release then raise a case with ServiceNow

HI Ankur,
Thanks for your reply.
But, It is affecting globally for all users, and it is for Header Menu Item particularly in which Display 2 is not displaying any data in Menu Items inside sp_config or inside sp_rectangle_menu_item.
If we interchange Display 2 with 1 and vice versa, Display 1 works but Display 2 won't display anything.
