Hi @Malghazali 

Yes, I have witnessed many organizations adopting the n+1 Upgrade Approach. For instance, upgrading from Xanadu to Australia bypassing the middle release will help them remain up to date and avoid frequent upgrades as well as upgrade cycle extension without being too much behind.

Moreover, the other members have provided very good documentation regarding the upgrade process and how to do it properly, Check those once.
