Vancouver Update

Does the Vancouver update require a delta exam for the ServiceNow Administrative Fundamentals certification? We currently see ServiceNow administrator under the mainline information, but we are unsure if that is connected with the ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals.

If you did your CSA exam this year, you won't need to do a delta...but other than that, I believe everyone needs to pass the delta. To my understanding the Vancouver deltas are available in like 2 weeks (mid-Nov).

The issue we are trying to figure out is if you completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals certification, will you have to complete a delta exam once the Vancouver becomes available.

You only have to do the delta, if you did the "Administration Fundamentals certification" more than a year ago...if you did it recently, you won't have to do the delta.

Yep, as ServiceNow have changed from two times a year to a yearly delta, all certifications needs to be updated by Delta when released on the 16th of Novebmer 2023.
