Hello,
We have a requirement to create dashboard & reports based on the logic that can only give the details of how many time the reports were View/Run. However, our request is to have a detailed insight for these reports so that we can gather information around how many users are using this dashboard effectively and the users names/ids.
How we can find all details of these in a single table ? I have trying to search in Event log, report_stats but couldn't find any proper solution. Also trying to find "sys_report_usage" table but this table is not present in our system or in PDI also.
Kind Regards,
Atanu Maity

Hi @A_maity002 ,
For "how many time the reports were View/Run" you can utilize the report_stats. This will give you an overview of report utilization.
for "how many users are using this dashboard effectively and the users names/ids." you should utilize Adam Stout solution: https://www.servicenow.com/community/performance-analytics-blog/tracking-and-reporting-on-dashboard-...
This will give a view as below:
According to the sys_report_usage, i'm not familiar whit this table.
