Why replies are going under approval?

I joined Servicenow Community through my second email ID, and now I can see that I'm not able to directly reply or add any new post in community.

They are undergoing approval first which is taking a lot of time, and it is really frustrating.

Anyone has any idea why it is happening, Is it only for new accounts or happening for all accounts.

Is there any setting that I need to tweek in my new account.

No idea. But why not just use your first email ID? Since you are logging in with the email address (which an sich, makes no sense, but different discussion), you have 2 accounts. Apparently one is not trusted or something like that?

Hi @Mark Manders @Simon Hendery , my first account was with my office email id, that will be terminated once I leave the organization. That's why switched to my personal email now. I was not able to change the email in the account as well.

Hi @Hrishabh Kumar - you definitely should be able to change your email address on your first account.

Instructions are here:

If you're having problems, raise a support ticket. It's a situation ServiceNow deal with every day, so it shouldn't be a problem. You definitely don't want to lose your hard-earned Giga Guru status! ðŸ™‚

Hi @Hrishabh Kumar,

This happens with all new accounts. Comments/posts initially require approval due to a large number of accounts being created just to send spam.

But as @Mark Manders said, not sure why you've decided to create a second account?
