Can anyone share a CMDB Naming Standard document that you have incorporated into your ServiceNow solution that could help Wabtec with our initial loading of our configuration items?
Is there a ServiceNow Unique Identifier (maybe system generated) for newly created configuration items (CIs)? If not, is it on a naming standard process to ensure uniqueness?
