accept and reject button is not visible

HI All,

 

In the workspace while taking the walkup chat in the workspace , accept and reject button is not visible 

module name : walk up experience

Can anyone help me on this topic

Hi @chandanpatra 

Please set it to false, and test it if you are able to see the the accept and reject buttons.

Please check the below screenshot and update the settings:

If still not able to see , please check any business rules , which are auto assigning the walkup chats to the agents . If still not able to see , please raise a support case.

Hi @chandanpatra 

Can you please open awa_assignment_rule.LIST in application navigator, you can check the assignment rule, and once you open it , you can view those settings.
