Action dropdown not visible when OOTB widget is cloned in ESC portal.

When I clone the OOTB "Incident Standard Ticket Actions" widget and add that to action region of standard ticket configuration, the action dropdown is not visible. But it is visible, if add the OOTB "Incident Standard Ticket Actions"

widget. what is the solution here?

Similarly how to add the action dropdown in RITM ticket page of ESC portal?

It was due to not adding widget ID for the cloned " incident Standard ticket action " widget because one widget is called from another widget through widget ID's.
