Hello, community! I would like to know how to activate an SLA through a variable with the options "X" and "Y". If it is "X", it will activate an SLA, if it is Y, it will activate another SLA.
Thanks

Hi @kelvyn ,
You can configure 2 SLA defination based on this X and Y value of the variable.

Hello @kelvyn
You can achieve this by creating two different SLA definitions and setting conditions based on the selected variable value.
- Create Two SLAs – One for option "X" and another for option "Y".
- Define Start Conditions – Configure each SLA to trigger based on the selected variable value.
- Apply to the Correct Table – Ensure the SLA applies to the table where the variable exists (e.g., Requested Item or Task).
For a step-by-step guide on configuring SLA definitions based on variable choices, refer to:
How to configure SLA definition using variables?
Hope this helps!
