Add mandatory field check on "Fix" UI action for problem management

Hi All,

The OOTB "Fix" UI Action is using ScriptLoaders and UI script to open up a pop-up when problem is moved from RCA to Fix in Progress:

However, I need to validate 2 custom fields before the pop-up appears. 

I tried adding the mandatory check in the UI Script as follows:

But its not working.

Please help.
