adding multi checklist to task in flow desin

Hello,

Can someone please help me add a checklist to the task in the catalog task table form using the Flow Designer?

I created a checklist record and a checklist item record, which initially allowed me to configure only one task with a single checklist variable. However, I need to set up one task that includes multiple checklists.

Currently, I have a setup as shown in Picture 1, where I create a task and pair it with a single checklist containing one option. However, I aim to configure a setup where I can create one task with multiple checklist options, as illustrated in Picture 2.
