What conditions do we use for to create report Last 15 days and last 45 days  aged ticket

we don't have options for 15 and 45 days 

Can someone pls guide me ?

Hi my Friend!

You won’t see “15 days” or “45 days” as preset options, but you can get this by using a date range with these conditions on Created:

For tickets exactly 15 days old:

  • Created on or after javascript:gs.daysAgoStart(15)

  • AND Created before javascript:gs.daysAgoStart(14)

For exactly 45 days old:

  • Created on or after javascript:gs.daysAgoStart(45)

  • AND Created before javascript:gs.daysAgoStart(44)

This filters tickets created during that exact day.

If you want the last 15 or 45 days (all tickets since then), just use Created on or after javascript:gs.daysAgoStart(15) or (45).

Use relative duration as below, same goes with 45 days!
