As admin in all my environments even when elevating my admin role to security admin I am unable to create an Agile Group. I am met with this error. ''You are either not authorized or the cart item is invalid''

Hi @Stephen Marks , there is a record producer it seem which might be inactive in instance i tried in pdi but its not available so in your instance you can check the record producer with same name as Create Agile group and sys id is "6269e2950b332200a6acc93563673a00"
/sc_cat_item_producer.do?sys_id=6269e2950b332200a6acc93563673a00 if this is inactive make active and check and also you should have scrum_master or scrum_admin role to access this please check user criteria.
Please check and Mark Helpful and Correct if it really helps you.

Hello Swathi,
I appreciate the input. It did turn out to be that the record producer was in fact missing. I was able to get servicenow support to provide the oob record producer and my issue appears to be addressed.
thank you

Hi @Stephen Marks yes this error comes while someone is trying to submit a form which might be catalog item/Record producer if in backend "Not available for" or "available for" is mentioned then based on that the form will be accessible,
Ex :
i have a catalog item access then in that item i will mention that it will not be available for user with itil role in "Not available for " so when anyone with ITIL role try to access it in Service portal it will show the error message
the above mentioned is not OOTB i created it in my pdi
Please mark this comment as Correct Answer/Helpful if it helped you.

Hello Swathi
Appreciate the response.
Currently like OP, if I navigate to Agile Development>Create Agile Group I get the error message "You are either not authorized or the cart item is invalid".
From what I understand from your post this means there is a catalog item/record producer associated with this that I don't have access to.
If this is true then how would I go about finding the catalog item/record producer to resolve the issue?
