I have a requirement to auto-populate customer info when the checkbox is selected. For example from the screenshot provided, Fred.Luddy is the 'Created by' name. When 'Populate Customer POC from Created by' checkbox is selected, the first and the last name in created by should be displayed in the Account info section. How do we go about it?
