Can't search knowledge with ServiceNow for Microsoft365 and Copilot.

First of all, I don't use Now Assist.
The usual integration of Teams and VirtualAgent has also been linked to Copilot.
However, knowledge searches are not possible within the copilot.
Is there something missing?
