Catalog item visibility using user criteria is not working

Hi , 

I have 2 catalog items , one should be visible for logged in user(with attachment enable) and other is for logged out user(attachment disable) . 

so for logged out user it's working fine - available for - public and not available for empty I have set and it's working as expected. 

for logged in user i have added snc internal in available for and not available for empty but I am able to see both the catalog items that is not expected there only 1 should be visible . 

note: i tried with snc internal in not available for section for logged out user but no use 

please help if anyone has faced the same issue.

If a user with the snc_internal role is seeing both items, then add to the one they shouldn't see in the Not Available For related list a criteria with the snc_internal role.  After this is in place, if it is still not working as expected - being sure to run cache.do to clear cache/logout - try running the User Criteria Diagnostics in the left nav.
