Hi Community,
I want to create a new change Model that uses the ootb change workflows. I have followed link below and the change form works however the approval flows dont work as it is not using the current workflow.
How can I update the workflow to accept my new change model?
Thanks in advance

That's correct! You can create flows separately for the new change model. Instead of building everything from scratch, you can copy the out-of-the-box (OOB) flows for Change and customize them as needed. Just make sure to update the flow conditions to align with your new change model.

Hi Omkar,
Thanks for this, yes I did read this. My understanding is that we have to build a new flow or set of flows. Would you agree? I am just looking for some guidance.
Cheers

Hi Anthony,
If my response was helpful, I’d greatly appreciate it if you could accept my solution. This way, it can serve as a reference for others facing a similar issue in the future.
Thank you!
