changing the statement at the search navigation

Hello,

I'm working in virtual agent.

My requirement is to change or edit the written at the search bar above the virtual agent topic list.

How can I do that.

Instead of 'Start typing to filter the list of topics below...'  written I want to add sentence.

We'd like to remove the filter box entirely. Users often type searches in that box, which does not return any Self-Service KB articles or Catalog items. Furthermore, it requires an exact term to even return the topics below. Not a great user experience.
