What is your business requirement that this is the kind of report you need to create? If we have that requirement we may be able to help you get to the result. It feels like starting at the results and filter those on the type may be a better way to show what you need, but without knowing what you are specifically looking for, makes it hard, with all the different tables and relations involved with surveys.
