Clickable link in URL type variable on RITM/Task form

Hi Community,

We have a requirement that link entered in URL type variable should be clickable on RITM/Task form.

How to achieve this , please guide!

not possible OOB.

You can use info message on RITM/TASK form and show the URL value so that users can click

OR

you can use Rich text label variable and add the hyperlink, it will work fine in catalog form while submitting and also on RITM, SC TASK form

@Drishti , Were you able to find a proper solution to this? Let me know kindly if you have solution in place already. I have been trying to achieve the same as well & not able to find a proper solution
