Clicking on Knowledge Category on kb_view2 page is not displaying articles

Hello Community,

We have a custom portal where need to display the categories and related KB articles.

I've cloned kb_view2 page and added in our custom portal(no customizations done)

I'm able to view the categories available for that Knowledge Base but when clicking on Category is not displaying any articles(Though I can see number of article beside category).  

ISSUE: Clicking on Category we are receiving an error like no articles found where as it is redirecting to Knowledge library along with a search box added.
