Collaborate module is missing in left navigator

Hi All,

I recently updated the system property to enable the Next Gen UI in our instance. However, I noticed that some modules, such as Collaborate, are not visible. If anyone has a solution or insights into this issue, please let me know.

Hi @sarthakkash ,

Collaboration menu's are not available and all modules related with Virtual Agent are placed under 'Conversational Interface' Menu. To setup your virtual agent you need to follow 'Conversational Interface Guided setup'.

There is one more module continual improvement is also not available in left navigator can you please suggest?
