Contextual Search & Incident-Related Search Results Not Working on Portal After Upgrade

Hi Community,

After our recent ServiceNow upgrade, we noticed that Contextual Search has stopped working on the Service Portal in our non-prod instance. Additionally, Incident-related search results are not appearing in the contextual search output.

However, everything works as expected in our production environment, which is still on the previous version..we have upgraded to Yokohama
