I need clarity on learning courses, how many badges and courses should i complete to be able to start working.

What do you mean... 1 - 100 courses won't get you a job. You need to start with e.g. CSA and then get hired to gain experience. Certification is nothing if you don't utilize what you have learned.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that. At the very least, you need to get CSA certified. Then you'll find yourself in the job market competing with dozens or hundreds of other CSA-certified applicants for each role. So you need to find a way to stand out from the crowd by demonstrating your unique skills and experience. Badges and courses alone won't get you a job.
