Create inbound action based on email watermark condition

Hello,

I need to create an inbound action when I reply on an incident email notification.

I have to check if the related incident is closed in order to trigger the action. And I thought of getting the watermark in the email notification I'm replying to, then grab the source record in the [sys_watermark] table so I can check the status of the incident.

I can't set the condition in the inbound action because it is based on the [sys_email] table...

 

Can someone help on how to set the condition in the inbound action ? Or tell if there's another way which would be better?
