Create notification for "assigned_to" upon the inactivity of "worknotes" more than 2 days.

1. The notification is triggered when the "worknotes" field of a story has not been updated for more than 2 days by the assigned user in ServiceNow.
2. The notification includes details of the inactive story and prompts the "assigned_to" user to review and update the "worknotes" field.
3. The notification is sent automatically after the 2-day period of inactivity.
4. The notification content is configured to clearly convey the need for action on the inactive story.
