Creating Indicator

I want to create an indicator named "Response SLA%"
The purpose of the indicator is to show the average of met Response SLA's.

Average of met Response SLA's is measured daily as unit %.

How can we create indicators ?

Did you check any OOTB Formula Indicator is available or not?

There are lot of OOTB ones, you can refer those and create yours

Also check docs for the steps.

Checked the OOB Indicators and now understood the process but what will be the conditions to given for indicator source to achieve "met response SLA%"
