I have created a Declarative action for list view of custom workspace table. And then created a new action configuration to map the list action to workspace. But still the button is not visible.

  1. Make sure you’ve selected one or more records in the list—since your action needs a selection, the button won’t show otherwise.

  2. Try turning off the “Record selection required”' option temporarilly, then republish and see if the button shows up without selecting anything.

  3. Double-check that your list view is properly set up inside the workspace tab where you expect the button to appear.

  4. Don’t forget to publish your changes and refresh (or clear your browser cache) to make sure you’re seeing the latest updates.

  5. Confirm that your user permissions allow you to see and run this action and the related server script.

  6. If it’s still not showing, open your browser’s developer console to check for any errors that might be blocking the button.

These quick checks usually solve this kind of problem;  I hope this helps!
