Display all active banner Announcements without expand In servicenow ESC portal

I am working on the Announcements in ServiceNow. In this, I want to show all banner announcements without clicking the "Expand all" button on the ESC portal. Has anyone worked on this type of functionality? The announcement  type should be Banner .

Unfortunately, there is no OOB way to auto-expand the announcements in the service portal. I believe the same applies to the ESC as well
