I had got a requirement to add logged-in user's email to the URL.
I had created an external quick link and added URL to that, Placed it in the Quick Link SP widget.
Nav> external links (created new record named as password reset and In URL added the below url. see img2)
Nav > employee center> Quick Links (created new record, content type "external link" and selected password reset record)
in the SP widget added the sysid and name. Done.
When clicked on that it will redirect us to password reset page. where we can see URL like below:
If we see the url (enter-email@ecoalb.com) this will also get added in below field of email or username.
I know this is coming from Microsoft side, but the quick link can be handled in servicenow.
Can anyone tell me how I can make a Dynamic URL (where I can add logged in user's email) and call that in the external link. so that external link will automatically redirect and adds the logged in user email.
