Hello,
I created an Email Client Template on table "sn_customerservice_case" and added an attachment.
Selecting this template out of a case via "compose email", the attachment is not shown and also not send to the recipient.
in tabel sys_attachment the attachment is available.
Can somebody help me to fix this issue, please?
