Hi,
Currently we are working on email notification which is triggered from the flow designer through event record.
Iam not able to fetch the RITM number when email is triggered.
In the flow already Parm1 and Parm2 are used.
Ex:As per your request ${event.parm1}, the group [${name}] is deleted from ${source}.
Already in the Parm1 we are passing user name.
So is there any way to achieve RITM number in this place "As per your request ${event.parm1}".
