Enable (show) SNOW Banner when opening tickets(task) in new tabs

Hi!

 

Is there a way to enable or show the ServiceNow banner in every new tab? 
When I right click open a task under the ritm, it only shows the content frame with no banner. 

 

I tried fiddling with some settings but can't find it.
