Hi Experts. 


Is it possible to enable Voice Message in Virtual Agent (not IVR) ? 

The purpose is get the user Voice Message from VA or WhatsApp and send it to some third party solution to make use of Speech to Text and Gen AI. 

Other approaches are also appreciated
