How do you encrypt attached documents in change records in ServiceNow?

Hi @CDS1971 

unfortunately your question is not specific enough. Do you want to get encrypted attachments automatically whenever a user is uploading an attachment? Or should the user decide individually whether to encrypt an attachment.
