Excel file Doesn't show in portal

Hello,

When a request is submitted with an attached file in the Employee Center portal, all file types are displayed in the ticket form except for Excel files.

what could be the problem ?

is this happening for all requests?

Is this happening for all users on ticket page?

No, actually after checking the user can not see any attachment, although he has the same roles as another user who can see them.
