Is there any specific hardware specification and requirements for the Walk-up Desk Experience. Can anyone please share the details for this

The following guidance describes what devices are needed and function best for each Walk-up Experience feature but no specifications are mentioned.

  • Online check-in and appointment scheduling: Desktop or laptop computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
  • Onsite check-in: Tablet is recommended, but also works on desktop.
  • Onsite queue: Large flatscreen TV. This feature is designed for larger display devices, such as a TV monitor. It is not supported on a tablet.
  • Onsite CSAT survey: Tablet is recommended, but also works on desktop.

It all depends on what devices you want to use. Since it's all ServiceNow based, you just need devices with an internet connection/browser capabilities that can open ServiceNow.
I have seen it work with an old desktop pc that had a monitor for check-ins (people had to walk up to the desk) and a big tv as second screen showing the queue.
Mobile devices just need to be able to open the ServiceNow instance to show the correct experience.
