We have recently upgraded our dev instance to Vancouver Patch2, After upgrade we are getting the popup of  "Extend your session" every 2 min and the "glide.ui.session_timeout" property already updated to 540 min. Please assist to get a resolution for this issue.

There is another system property that controls this prompt glide.ui.session_timeleft.  You could set this to 0 to disable it, but maybe the timeout update hasn't cascaded to all users yet?  You do have to log out before you will experience the new timeout duration.
