Hi Vidya
In your browser address bar, type
https://dev329399.service-now.com/navpage.do
and hit enter. It will ask for username and password which you can enter and login.
If you need to find your username and password it is available under "Manage my instance (dev329399 )"

Hello @vidyajadhav ,
Click on the down arrow (Highlighted in below snippet)
After expanding, Click on the "Start Building" Option.
It will redirect you to the regular developer instance page.
Please Mark Correct ✔️ if this solves your query and also mark Helpful 👍 if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Regards,
Shruti

Hi @vidyajadhav
ServiceNow DEV portal UI has been updated.
To open your PDI, follow the below steps.
1. Click the drop down icon at the top right corner
2. Click "Start building"
I'm assuming your browser zoom level is set to 100% or higher, which is why you're unable to see them directly on the navigation bar. Once you zoom out (below 100%), you'll be able to see them appear in the navigation bar.
Regards,
Siva
