I currently facing this Latin sentences in the Standard Create Knowledge article template.
How can i configure it and put the english language.

In your screenshot, you are using the Knowledge Article Creation Wizard (New UI) in the Knowledge Management Portal in ServiceNowThe Latin placeholder text you see (Lorem Ipsum) is coming from the article template you selected (Standard).
This is sample text configured in the article template, not an issue of translation.
