I’m currently using the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, and a Tier 1 case is automatically created whenever I send an email to my HR General to create a group using email inbound. I would like to prevent the automatic creation of the Tier 1 HR case in this scenario. Does anyone know how to achieve this in ServiceNow?

Hi @Satyam123 ,
You need to modify or customize the inbound Email Action that's processing incoming emails and creating HR Cases.
Check the existing inbound email action which are creating HR case via email. Check if subject or trigger conditions are matching.
