How can we add choice list under interactive filter by using cmdb_ci_business_application table..?

Do you need interactive filters like this.
If yes below I have mentioned all the steps please refer that.

Hello @kavitha18,

To add a choice list under an interactive filter in ServiceNow, you can:
  1. Go to the Choice tab
  2. Find the Choice list and add it 
     
     
ServiceNow's out-of-the-box (OOTB) version doesn't offer interactive filters for list-type fields. However, there are some workarounds:-

Choice list
Go to the Choice tab and add the Choice list
Related list
Log in to an instance, navigate to a table, add the tree picker attribute, and create a condition statement
Filter a list
Right-click in the field and select Show Matching or Filter Out
Choice list for a Category field
Navigate to Incident > Create New, right-click the Category label, select Personalize Choices, add a new item, and click Save
