How can we customize the now assist Virtual Agent chat bubble?

We are using agent chat and wanted to get rid of the OOTB chat bubble and customize the chat bubble as a rectangular window with word "chat with Virtual agent". Is it possible to do it? We have tried using virtual agent widget and embed it in footer of employee center portal and it worked but some of the now assist features are not working.

please override the OOTB Chat Bubble

• Go to Service Portal>Widget Editor.
• Firstly Clone and Modify the VA Sidebar widget (or similar depending on your version).
• Replace the bubble icon and your own custom HTML/CSS.

We are migrating from legacy widget to Agent configuration and we couldn't find the sidebar widget in the instance.
