We are automating the submission of service catalogue via REST API ( ATF ). We are able to get the RITM value ( Payload ), we have followed the below KB article.
How to submit a catalog item using REST API - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com).
I have below queries which i want to achieve:
1. How to approve the RITM ( Also we need to know that approval is triggered to that RITM )
2. Once RITM is approved, i need to open the sctask and close it
Any input ( steps/screenshot/article ) on above would be helpful.
