How to bring the catalog variables to the list view of the RITM as it holds the OOB fields.

Hi @divyadhanda ,

You can dot walk and bring the catalog item field values as well catalog variables in the following way like below:

Step 1: From the Personalize list option, double click on the space I have shown below.

Step 2: For a catalog item field, write 'cat_item.<name of field>' and press ENTER.
               For a catalog variable, write 'variables.<sys_id of the variable>' and press ENTER.
Step 3: Lastly, click OK.

Little confused on this, 

Actually, i need to use the default view of the sc_req_item list view and add the specific catalog variables to this list view.

the links shared talks about creating new view but see if it works for default view

what's your exact business requirement here?

OR

Why not create a database view and show variables in column for your users?

then add link to this database view table in left nav
