How to bring the catalog variables to the list view of the RITM as it holds the OOB fields.

You can dot walk and bring the catalog item field values as well catalog variables in the following way like below:

Step 1: From the Personalize list option, double click on the space I have shown below.

Step 2: For a catalog item field, write 'cat_item.<name of field>' and press ENTER.
For a catalog variable, write 'variables.<sys_id of the variable>' and press ENTER.
Step 3: Lastly, click OK.

You have to manually add each catalog variable as a column to the RITM list by going to System UI > Lists, picking the view for the sc_req_item table, and adding a new list element where Element is set to variables.<variable_sys_id> (i.e....variables plus the SysID of your variable)........Then, after saving that List layout, the list view for RITM will show the value of the variable for each record (blank for RITM where that variable wasn’t used)....... effectively bringing catalog variables into the list view alongside OOTB fields.......
