How to convert a word document attachment to a PDF format

I am having a requirement to convert an attachment of word format to PDF format to prevent document from manipulation.

not possible within ServiceNow to convert the attachment file type.

Please discuss with your customer and train the users to add pdf file.

Even with pdf file, the users can use any external tool to edit it.
