How to create ribbon for various stages for Incident table

Hello Team,

I am looking for some ideas to create ribbon as below for various stages of an Incident. (This is not OOB) 

Any tips/advice on how to create will be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Sunny45 ,

1) Go to the Process flow.

2)Create flow formatter Record for Each state of Incident.

3) Configure the Incident Form and add the Process flow to the form.
