Hi Team,
I have a notification set up such that whenever Request is assigned to a group the respective Assignment Group receives the notification.
The notification is also sent to manager of the group who but is not a member of the group.
I don't want manager to receive this notification but only the members.
Could you please guide me how can we do this ? OR is this even feasible to implement ?

On the group definition form, you can add an existing field called Exclude manager. Checking this box will stop the Manager of the group from receiving group notifications.

Hi @Hritik ,
In the group make the field "Exclude Manager" to true then it wont trigger. As per system it will trigger email to the group manager even if he is not in group.
