Hi,
We have recently upgraded our system to Washington and we have noticed that the Notification bell is throwing out every single alert including those that were updated by System.
Is there a way to restrict this type of notification alert, as it is kinda noisy, every single time that a ticket gets updated by the system (even resolved ones).

These notifications are called "Provider Notifications". Check what there is configured at All > System Notification > Provider > Notifications
